Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and DHA Licensed Registered Nurse to join our growing home health care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care and ensure the safe delivery of medical services tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and monitor health progress.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and provide post-operative care
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DHA regulations and company protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Promote health and safety practices to prevent infections and complications.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (home health care, ICU, or medical-surgical nursing preferred).
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs.
