Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates, liaises, and negotiates both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships, following a performance-based selling approach.
- Maintains and relentlessly develops existing and new customer relationships through planned individual account management, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction.
- Operates within the framework of transparent and strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure mutual, long-term success.
- Maintains and develops new customer relationships through tailored value propositions and ethical sales practices, in collaboration with internal teams, to deliver superior service quality, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales of dental products in UAE preferably Abu Dhabi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
- Valid UAE driving license.
