About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled X-Ray Product Specialist & Application to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and supporting our X-Ray imaging systems across hospitals and medical centers. This role bridges technology and clinical practice helping healthcare professionals optimize imaging performance and ensuring the highest diagnostic quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide product demonstrations, clinical applications training, and technical support to customers and internal teams.
Support sales activities by presenting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients.
Conduct on-site and remote user training for radiologists, technologists, and biomedical engineers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan product launches, workshops, and exhibitions.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product performance and user experience.
Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Stay up to date on industry trends, imaging technologies, and competitor products to strengthen product positioning.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Radiological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical/technical field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in X-Ray product applications or radiology equipment support.
Strong knowledge of digital radiography (DR), fluoroscopy, and general imaging systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-training skills.
Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic imaging software tools.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. What We Offer:
