Education Required: Bachelor

Minimum Teaching Experience: 2 years of teaching experience

Major: Bachelor’s degree with a valid teaching certificate/license in content area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach lessons on Art and Art History, using traditional and digital techniques.

  • Engage students with various media, including drawing, painting, and graphic design.

  • Foster creativity through hands-on instruction and real-world projects.

  • Manage the Art Room, maintaining resources and equipment.

  • Organize exhibitions to showcase student work within and outside the school.

  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to address student needs.

  • Use technology to enhance learning experiences.

  • Monitor student progress, assess their skills, and provide feedback.

  • Perform additional duties, such as supervising breaks, attending meetings, and supporting school events.
