Position: Branch Manager

Location: Al-Khobar

The applicant must be a Saudi.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in management within dental clinics or a similar field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

• Managing the reception, medical, and nursing departments, ensuring effective coordination between them.

• Strategic planning and supervising the implementation of medical programs and services provided at the clinic.

• Leading and guiding the medical and administrative teams, with a focus on developing leadership skills and enhancing operational performance.

• Improving client relations and providing excellent services to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Possessing strong communication skills with clients and staff to achieve the clinic’s objectives.

• Making strategic decisions to improve overall performance and increase productivity.

• Monitoring the overall performance of the clinic and ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Ensuring the application of quality and safety standards to provide high-level medical services.

• Possessing advanced leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on thorough analysis.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams effectively.
