Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Brand Creative Director. The Brand Creative Director will be responsible for leading creative strategy, overseeing branding initiatives, and developing innovative visual and conceptual campaigns in line with the company’s vision. Key responsibilities include managing art direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all mediums and platforms.
Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Strong background in Branding and Art Direction
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and familiarity with design tools
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Portfolio showcasing creativity and successful brand campaigns is required
