
Job Description
To manage the promotion of the brand King’s College Hospital London, UAE in general and the King’s College Hospital London Medical Centers and the Hospital in particular. Ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities for Community based Doctors (CBD)/ Visiting and outsourced. Essential responsibilities are managing Physicians Schedules, completing clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, filling information, and coordination between several departments.
Business Development and Opportunities
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, and potential; evaluate options, resolve internal priorities, and recommend equity investments.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by aligning new ventures with company strategies and operations, assessing risks and potentials, and estimating partners’ needs and goals.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with doctors and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Visit doctors regularly to maintain relationships and ensure their business needs are met.
- Sign and manage contracts with clinics, non-profit and charity organizations, and corporate partners.
- Build relationships with government hospitals to support collaboration and growth.
Confidentiality and Compliance
- Protect the organization’s value by maintaining strict confidentiality of information.

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
