
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow physicians and healthcare staff
- Perform diagnostic tests to evaluate patients’ eye conditions
- Prescribe appropriate initial eye care products based on patient assessments
- Carry out minor surgical procedures as necessary
- Provide specialized treatments and therapies for various eye conditions
- Develop and prescribe tailored treatment plans for patients
- Educate interns, residents, and other staff on ophthalmologic procedures and techniques
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders
- Develop and implement effective plans and procedures for ophthalmologic services
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Ophthalmologist
- Specialized degree in Ophthalmology
- Extensive knowledge of treatments for chronic eye diseases
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient management abilities
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
