Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service in Qatar.
  • Locally available in Qatar.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Knowledge of local culture and customer expectations in Qatar
  • Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting
