- Provide accurate information regarding the company and its services.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service in Qatar.
- Locally available in Qatar.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Knowledge of local culture and customer expectations in Qatar
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting
