As a Customer Success Specialist, you will guide customers through onboarding, ensure all required documents are collected, and maintain regular communication to track progress. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve issues.

Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
    •    Prince 2, PMP certification is a plus.
    •    1+ year in a customer-facing role.
    •    Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    •    Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
