Job Description:

- Help onsite team with application level issues, providing support, including procedural and documentation
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and solving any technical/business issues that arise
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed solutions
- Testing and evaluating new releases
- Installing & configuring Software on client site
- Incident reporting for the bugs
- If need, will be involved in requirement gathering and working closely with developers in order to handle client’s specific needs

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors Computer Science
- Experience Level: Fresh graduation in 2024
