The Deputy Head of Primary School (Student Achievement) is a key member of the Primary Leadership Team and will lead on all aspects of responsibility for academic, social, and emotional development of Early Years and Primary Years students including implementing, coordinating, leading, and ensuring effective curriculum planning, learning and teaching, assessment and well-being protocol. They will take responsibility for overseeing the provision of high-quality well-being policy and protocol, assuming responsibility for the enrichment and achievement of student life for the Early Years and Primary School. He/she should always conduct themselves in an appropriate professional manner to support and foster the aims and ethos of SISD.
