Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Oil Industry

Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the oil industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the oil and energy sector, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role involves direct sales, account management, market analysis, and driving the growth of the business in assigned regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, drive revenue, and expand the customer base within the designated region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the oil and energy sector. Regularly visit customer sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including lubricants, fuel, and other oil-related products, to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales management team.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Regularly update the CRM system with sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide accurate forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of orders and alignment on promotional campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards while representing the company in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechnical, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the oil, energy, or related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of the oil industry, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to meet clients and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi ,English
