- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance role, preferably in the operation & property management industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial forecasting.
- Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
