  • Baker

Supports daily baking activities, displays freshly baked items per the planogram, and provides excellent customer service. They follow the production plan to prepare items like bread, muffins, and doughnuts, ensuring all ingredients are available. Tasks include setting mixing machine controls, measuring ingredients accurately, and preparing batters, dough, and fillings per company recipes. They maintain accurate price tags, production, and expiry dates on products and coordinate with the warehouse for supplies. The role also emphasizes hygiene, requiring proper uniforms and adherence to safety regulations for a clean work environment.

  • Butcher 

Prepares and cuts meat products to meet quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction standards. Key tasks include cutting and trimming meat per customer preferences, maintaining portion accuracy, and displaying products attractively. They monitor stock for freshness, inspect quality, and dispose of spoiled items. Providing excellent customer service, they assist with product selection, cooking advice, and fulfilling orders. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, following safety protocols, and managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.

  • Counter Server (Cheese & Delicatessen)

Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, offering recommendations, and fulfilling requests. They slice, weigh, package, and price deli items and cheeses with professionalism, adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining displays, removing expired items, updating price tags, and ensuring cleanliness. They prepare work areas, clean equipment, manage trash, and check equipment functionality. Accurate inventory tracking and adherence to hygiene standards, including proper uniform attire, are essential for delivering top-notch service.

They maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

  • Stocker (Fruits & Vegetable)

Ensures products are stocked, organized, and available for a seamless shopping experience. They assist customers, prepare sections before opening, follow FIFO principles, and remove expired items. Coordinating with the warehouse, they replenish stock efficiently and maintain cleanliness and professionalism. They also record waste and damaged goods for accurate inventory and pricing, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
