Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using patient history, biochemical data, and lifestyle factors.
• Create personalized meal plans tailored to individual health goals, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences.
• Offer nutritional counseling for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Monitor feeding tolerance and adjust enteral/parenteral nutrition regimens as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, chefs, and wellness coaches.
• Deliver educational workshops and awareness campaigns on topics like vitamin deficiencies, food cravings, and healthy eating.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and track patient progress.
