- Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital policies and UAE regulations.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Support physicians and nurses with drug information and formulary guidance.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and other quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Contribute to staff education and training programs related to pharmacotherapy.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management and cost control.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility for licensure in Dubai.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience (preferably in a tertiary care setting).
- Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and hospital formulary systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
