Job Description

Job Overview:

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals and financial performance. The role requires a deep understanding of business operations and P&L drivers to ensure HR initiatives directly support profitability, productivity, and sustainable growth. The HRBP will drive succession planning, talent reviews, workforce analytics, and leadership development to build an agile and capable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and P&L performance.
  • Leverage HR consulting skills to help the business clients achieve key business objectives and increase the effectiveness of the organization.
  • Leverage HR analytics and data insights to measure workforce effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Support the business key people initiatives, such as performance management and talent management.
  • Lead and facilitate succession planning and talent review processes to ensure leadership continuity and development of critical talent.
  • Reduce organizational risk through effective succession planning and drive key initiatives as the result of the plans.
  • Partner with line managers to drive organization design and capability development initiatives.
  • Coach business leaders on people, performance, and organizational issues to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Implement key people initiatives, including performance management, talent management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-based insights and feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Use change management principles to ensure initiatives are adopted and sustained
  • Ensure that Al Batha Healthcare remain complaint with all the employment laws, practices and procedures.
  • Provide the managers with transparency and visibility of the key HR metrics and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in HR management or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR business partner role, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and data management.
  • HR acumen including exposure/experience within talent management, performance management, OD/OD, ER, compensation.
  • HRMS systems and delivery systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
