Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision and goals.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, DHA, MOH, and JCIA requirements.
Lead HR programs that support staff development, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
Design and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
Prepare and present HR reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Support Joint Commission International survey compliance (SQE Chapter).
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role within the healthcare/hospital sector, preferably in the UAE.
Familiarity with regulatory and licensing entities such as DHA, MOH, and JCIA.
Proven excellence in team leadership and operational management.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proven ability to drive change, build high-performing teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
Demonstrated expertise in UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
