
1. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.2. Valid teaching certification or licensure in special education or a relevant area.3. Demonstrated knowledge of inclusive education practices, special education laws, and regulations.4. Experience working with students with disabilities or learning differences, preferably in an inclusive classroom setting.5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.6. Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.7. Knowledge and proficiency in utilizing assistive technology and specialized instructional tools.8. Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to advocating for the rights and needs of students with disabilities or learning differences.9. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines related to IEPs and student progress monitoring.10. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
