We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Medical Reviewer to join our respected medical center in Sharjah. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing daily medical procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with clinical guidelines, and exceptional patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily reviews of medical actions and procedures performed by physicians.
Ensure complete, clear, and compliant documentation in patient records.
Verify adherence to clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
Identify any discrepancies, errors, or areas of concern and promptly report them to management.
Provide clear, constructive recommendations to support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MBBS (Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery).
Preferably with specialization or experience in clinical auditing or healthcare quality assurance.
Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience.
Strong skills in medical analysis, documentation review, and reporting.
Professional and effective communication and feedback delivery skills.
