Job Description
The International Sales Manager at Danube Properties is responsible for driving property sales across international markets. This role requires building and managing relationships with overseas agents, brokers, and high-net-worth clients, while ensuring alignment with Danube’s strategic sales goals. The manager will develop tailored sales strategies for key regions, lead international sales campaigns, and represent the company at property exhibitions and roadshows worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets, including identifying key geographic regions for expansion
- Conduct market research to understand demand trends, pricing expectations, legal/regulatory requirements for foreign buyers.
- Monitor competitor activity internationally and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Identify, recruit and manage a network of international channel partners / brokers / agents.
- Provide training, materials, incentives and support to brokers to ensure consistent messaging, product knowledge, and effective representation of Danube’s projects.
- Ensure that the agents/partners are aligned with Danube’s quality and branding standards.
- Generate leads via international shows/expos, overseas roadshows, digital marketing campaigns aimed at foreign investors, partnerships, and referrals.
- Ensure registration of enquiries, follow up, track status in CRM, maintain high conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal marketing to tailor collateral, digital presence, language/translations etc to international clients.
- Set clear sales targets for international channels.
- Monitor and track sales performance, team KPIs, conversion metrics, lead quality, revenue by geography.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance, challenges and plan corrective actions if needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients / investors.
- Handle negotiations, closing of sales, contract registrations, payment follow up etc.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address complaints or issues (cultural, legal, payment, documentation) to maintain Danube’s reputation.
- Ensure that all international sales comply with UAE property laws, RERA regulations, foreign buyer rules, anti‑money laundering etc.
- Coordinate documentations, contracts, escrow etc with legal / compliance / finance teams.
- Work with marketing, legal / compliance, operations / handover / customer care to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback on product features, pricing, payment plans etc based on international customer preferences.
- Plan and manage budget for international sales initiatives (travel, shows, agent commissions, promotional materials).
- Forecast resource needs, headcount, tools (CRM, digital platforms).
Requirements / Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field. Master’s would be a plus.
- Several (5‑10+) years of experience in real estate sales, with specific exposure to international/investor sales or dealing with foreign clients.
- Strong network of international brokers / agents (existing relationships are a huge plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills; multilingual ability is a definite plus.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai / UAE real estate market: products, regulations, payment plans, legal etc.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret market data, financials, sales metrics.
- Ability to travel internationally (for roadshows, exhibitions).
- Result driven; able to meet/ exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, perhaps foreign market tools / platforms.
Other Considerations
- Understanding cultural differences, foreign investor concerns (visa, repatriation of capital, foreign ownership regulations etc).
- Representing Danube at international property shows, investor seminars, roadshows.
- Staying abreast of global economic conditions, currency fluctuations, real estate trends abroad that may impact investment into Dubai.
