Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director based in Dubai. The Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales teams to meet organizational objectives. The role includes guiding marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence, analyzing market trends, and fostering engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the hospital’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and identify business opportunities.
• Strong expertise in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Sales with a proven track record of achieving goals.
• Strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
