Job Description
Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to support the development, operations and maintenance of all retail and aftersales campaigns point of sales to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty within Domasco.
What you will do:
Drive footfall and sales growth by conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns
Plan, implement, and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
Develop and execute additional campaigns or ad hoc marketing initiatives as required
Provide marketing support to the dealer and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
Manage the payment processes, including submission of documents, raising purchase orders and ensuring timely approvals
Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign outcomes, event follow-ups, and related activities
Oversee event planning and execution to ensure seamless operations and alignment with brand goals
Assist in developing detailed campaign briefs for agency collaboration
Support the management and coordination of media planning processes
Collaborate with external agencies to design and implement impactful campaigns
Work closely with internal stakeholders to brainstorm and propose tactical campaign ideas for review by the Marketing Manager and Sales Department
Develop and deliver marketing presentations and communications tailored to retail objectives
Support budget management and ensure adherence to return of marketing investments
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting
Act as a liaison for showroom management from a marketing perspective, including overseeing point of sales materials, in-showroom activations, and fulfilling showroom related marketing requests

What equips you for the role:
• Degree in Marketing, communications or Public Relations
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role
• Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing
• Qatar or GCC experience is preferred
