Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage outpatient services to ensure the delivery of superior patient care and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for outpatient patients, addressing concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure the efficient delivery of care and services.
- Monitor and assess patient feedback, utilizing this data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant healthcare standards to guarantee patient safety and high-quality care.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient experience, including organizing patient education and support activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices for patient interaction and service excellence.
Requirements:
- UAE National with valid family book
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in patient experience management or customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a passion for improving the healthcare experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
