What You’ll Do:

• Launch & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta,
  TikTok, Snapchat)
  & Monitor performance & make data-driven
  adjustments
  Report insights to improve ROAS & lead quality
  What We’re Looking For:
  © 1-3 years hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads
  (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen)
• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies & A/B testing & Skilled in analytics & reporting (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and server-
  side tagging
