Receptionist – Healthcare
Dr. Helena Taylor Clinic is looking for a professional, patient-focused Patient Administrator / Receptionist to join the Patient Services team and help deliver a high-quality experience to every patient and visitor. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, supporting the smooth daily running of the clinic.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in a similar role in a Clinic / Medical Centre setting.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
Strong computer skills with good proficiency in HIS, Microsoft Word and Excel, and accurate typing.
Exceptional customer service, telephone manner, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, and remain calm, professional, and empathetic in a busy clinical environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and handle confidential information with discretion.
