
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical guidelines and standards.
 - Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
 - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
 - Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
 - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
 - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
 - Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
 - Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe clinical environment.
 - Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
 - Valid nursing license and eligibility to practice in the UAE (DHA/HAAD/MOH license preferred).
 - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting in General Surgery or Dental department.
 - Strong clinical and technical nursing skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
 - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
 - Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies is a plus.
