What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive sales of water-based and solvent-based paints, along with a range of non-paint consumable products.
- Identify and develop new B2B & B2C customers across construction, industrial, and retail sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide product knowledge, application techniques, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical team for promotional and customer support activities.
Skills
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of paint products (e.g., water-based, solvent-based, industrial, decorative) and related consumables
- Worked with any of the following brands or similar. (e.g., Glasurit, Continental, Castrol, FIAMM, Yigit) (e.g., Glasurit, Continental, Castrol, FIAMM, Yigit)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Valid Qatari driving license preferred
