Sales Representative – Outpatient Laboratory Services
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 🕒 Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our outpatient medical laboratory services across Riyadh. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, build strong relationships with clinics and physicians, and promote our full menu of diagnostic tests and home sample collection services.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow laboratory referral business by acquiring new clinics, physicians, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote lab tests, packages, and home collection services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure excellent client experience.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Laboratory, or related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in healthcare (preferred: laboratory/diagnostics).
- Strong network within Riyadh clinics and medical centers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- English required; Arabic is an advantage.
