Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage of Governmental & Privates Hospitals / Medical centers.
- Provide clinical and technical support on all aspects of hearing aids products (technical support/troubleshooting, fitting/testing, software installation, training, etc.).
- Keeping up with sales to achieve a better market penetration of the hearing-impaired population in the UAE region.
- Developing the general understanding of the products in the market by ensuring the acceptance of hearing aid products as a viable treatment for both adults and children.
- Supporting the achievement of reimbursement for all products from a clinical/technical perspective.
- Achievement of the forecasted sales figures/margins.
- Responsible for clinical/technical support of the product lines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology.
- Atleast 4 years if experience as a Sales Specialist/Audiologist in UAE.
- Experience in sales and technical support of Hearing Aids.
- Experience with Cochlear Implants is preferable.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Bilingual is is preferred.
