Senior Architect

* Review architectural designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet expectations and regulatory requirements.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to improve designs and ensure they are practical and cost-effective.
* Provide concept designs for new projects.
* Collaborate with design consultant, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure organized project execution.
* Monitor project progress with the design consultants to confirm submittals at the agreed dates as per project's timeline
* Develop and propose effective solutions to resolve site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget
* Evaluate the need for design changes based on site conditions, owner's feedback, or untoreseen circumstances
* Collaborate with the design team to integrate updates seamlessly into the existing plans, ensuring consistency and quality
* Communicate proposed changes to the high management and obtain necessary approvals before implementation
* Create concept designs for new projects, ensuring alignment with management's requirements and project goals.
* Incorporate feedback from management to enhance and optimize design concepts before moving to the further design phase
* Prepare detailed visual presentations, including renderings, models, and sketches, to effectively enlighten the design ideas to management
* Review and assess interior design plans and material selections to ensure they meet the
project's theme and functional requirements.
* Provide expert recommendations and propose innovative design ideas to enhance the overall interior environment.
* Collaborate with the Maquette providers and animations team and other promotional materials, ensuring all provided information is precise and aligns with the project specifications and the correct design.

* Bachelor of Science in Architecture
* Minimum of five years of experience in commercial and residential design
* Certified license by Architectural board (UPDA)
* Advanced Training: GSAS Design & Build Certified Green Professional from Gord Academy
* Expertise in architectural design, including proficiency with architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
