Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will execute Blue’s B2C mobile app strategy, delivering exceptional user experiences while driving business outcomes. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and innovative mobile experience.
What you will do
Develop Product Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for Blue, within the relevant POD, aligning with company goals and user needs.
Own the Product Lifecycle
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and optimization.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging app experiences.
Conduct Market Research
Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Drive User-Centric Design
Advocate for the user by ensuring the app meets customer expectations, resolves pain points, and enhances satisfaction.
Measure Success Metrics
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future iterations.
Prioritize Backlogs
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with customer and business needs.
Lead Decision-Making
Make data-driven decisions regarding product features, functionality, and improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee Financial Impact
Assess the financial viability of product initiatives, optimizing for revenue, cost efficiency, and ROI.
