Key Responsibilities
- Training Development & Delivery
- Plan and organize training sessions on food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and related topics.
- Customize training content to suit different audiences (F&B companies, SMEs, NGOs, etc.).
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions using interactive and engaging methods.
- Program Support
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing food safety service programs.
- Support in the creation of training materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communication with trainees, and venue preparation.
- Client Engagement & Support
- Provide technical support to clients on food safety inquiries and follow-up actions.
- Participate in on-site assessments and evaluations as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
- Contribute to periodic reports and feedback summaries for project reporting.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health, or related fields.
- HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 certification is required.
- ISO 22000 certification is a strong advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in food safety training, quality assurance, or related services.
- Experience in designing or delivering training programs is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be based in or near Beirut, Lebanon, and able to travel locally for training delivery.
