
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, upper pharynx, oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck
- Assist patients experiencing altered or impaired senses of smell
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to provide comprehensive care
- Treat patients with head or neck tumors, as well as those with defects in the ear, nose, or throat
Requirements
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure, with emotional resilience and a calm demeanor
- Team-oriented with leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Highly organized with strong decision-making capabilities
- Effective time and resource management to optimize patient care
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination, visual acuity, and spatial awareness
- Physical endurance to meet the demands of surgical procedures
