We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy and help us attract top talent in the insurance sector. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong talent pipelines, and work closely with business leaders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions within the insurance business.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Drive proactive talent pipelines for technical, operational, support services and leadership roles.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with our employer brand.
• Utilize recruitment systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels effectively.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter.
• Strong exposure to the insurance sector, with an understanding of industry-specific roles and requirements.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and talent mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within tight timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and match talent effectively to business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
