As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our doctors and patients – ensuring each patient receives clear, compassionate, and professional guidance throughout their treatment process.🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate treatment plans for general medicine and dental patients
• Clearly explain procedures, outcomes, and next steps in both Russian and English
• Support patients with understanding their finance options and assist with payment planning
• Ensure a seamless and supportive patient journey from consultation to completion
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a smooth workflow

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian (required) and English
• Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, empathetic, and highly organized
• Familiarity with healthcare systems in the UAE is a plus
