Job Description

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install, configure, and commission medical devices at client sites (hospitals and healthcare facilities).
• Provide after-sales technical support and customer service.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Train healthcare staff on the proper use and handling of devices.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise (pre-sales & post-sales support).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Manage spare parts and maintain inventory records.
• Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers to resolve advanced technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
