Job Description

Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated General Nurse with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all patients. You will play a crucial role in delivering nursing services that adhere to clinical best practices and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document relevant medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Educate patients on health management, wellness, and disease prevention strategies
• Monitor and record patients’ conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures in the clinical environment
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA nursing license required
• Previous experience as a General Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualifications
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented, with strong collaboration capabilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Willingness to continue professional development and training in nursing practices
