Exciting Opportunity: RCM Manager (Revenue Cycle Management) – UAE
About the Role:
Join FATORAH Insurance Claims Settlement LLC as an RCM Manager and lead our onsite operations team to optimize claims management, reduce rejections, and enhance revenue cycle performance. Reporting to the RCM Director, you’ll ensure seamless coordination between hospital staff, physicians, and back-office teams to maximize efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee onsite RCM operations, including patient registration, charge capture, pre-approvals, and coding.
✔ Liaise with hospital teams, physicians, and back-office staff to resolve operational issues and improve documentation.
✔ Train and monitor staff and physicians on insurance protocols, coding accuracy, and compliance.
✔ Reduce claim rejections by analyzing trends, implementing corrective actions, and conducting regular training.
✔ Design SOPs, process flows, and forms to streamline onsite operations.
✔ Monitor KPIs: Clean claim submissions, rejection rates, pre-approval TAT, and workforce productivity.
✔ Lead HR tasks for onsite staff, including appraisals, leave planning, and disciplinary actions.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Nursing/Hospital Administration degree (MBBS preferred) with 8+ years in hospital billing/collections (3+ years in leadership).
✅ Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in insurance claims, coding, and denial management.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical skills.
✅ Leadership traits: Problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
✅ Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅Fluency in Arabic is Mandotary
