ubai Branch of Sharjah American International Schools Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Arabic Department for the Elementary and Middle School levels for the upcoming academic year August 2025.

Requirements:

• A degree in Arabic Language, and Literature, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Arabic, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of Ministry of Education curriculum as well as modern teaching methodologies.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Arabic curriculum for elementary and middle school levels.
• Supervise and support Arabic teachers through mentoring and professional development.
• Ensure alignment with MOE standards, international best practices and the yearly inspection visits.
• Collaborate with the academic leadership team on school-wide initiatives and goals.
• Monitor and enhance student progress in Arabic language learning.
