As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our doctors and patients – ensuring each patient receives clear, compassionate, and professional guidance throughout their treatment process.🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment plans for general medicine and dental patients
- Clearly explain procedures, outcomes, and next steps in both Russian and English
- Support patients with understanding their finance options and assist with payment planning
- Ensure a seamless and supportive patient journey from consultation to completion
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a smooth workflow
✅ Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (required) and English
- Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, empathetic, and highly organized
- Familiarity with healthcare systems in the UAE is a plus
