
Job Description
What you’ll do:
– Manage Q-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
-Oversee product creation, pricing updates, and stock accuracy across platforms.
-Coordinate with pharmacies, stores, and delivery riders to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
-Monitor and resolve order-related issues, including cancellations, delays, or customer escalations.
-Collaborate with vendors for catalog updates, promotional campaigns, and technical support.
-Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
-Provide timely reports and updates to management as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a coordination or operational support role, preferably in Q-commerce or logistics.
- Strong coordination and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with and analyzing data.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and highly organized with attention to detail.
