Key Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry dealing with
• AR development, implementation and training delivery,
• Trouble shooting claims and/or prior authorisation or
• Automation systems (RE, BRMS, MN edits) development and implementation is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical coding using CPT4 and ICD9 CM and one of the following coding systems: UCLS, DRG, MOH, HCPCS or SRVC
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management
• Certification in medical coding systems (CPT-4, ICD-9, …) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or paramedical degree

Skills and Competencies

• Deep knowledge of Authorisation and Claims Adjudication Systems, clinical coding systems and other related IT Solutions
• Very good business understanding and background
• Very good leadership skills including people management, selection and development skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
• Very good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills forecasting, impact execution and problem-solving skills
• Very good level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
• Very good knowledge of health insurance concepts
