Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Supervisor Home Healthcare. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of home healthcare services. Tasks include managing and coordinating home healthcare teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The Supervisor will also handle scheduling, training staff, and liaising with medical professionals and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality service delivery.

Daily responsibilities

• Supporting clinical operations
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Dealing with complaints and concerns from patients and relatives
• Completing medical assessments at hospitals across Dubai

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, UK Degree.
• ER, ICU or PICU experience
• MUST HOLD UAE Driving License
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home healthcare protocols and procedures
• Experience in scheduling and staff training
• Ability to coordinate with various medical professionals and stakeholders
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Home Healthcare
